Being Single Series

Being Single Series

There are approximately 92 - 95 million single people over the age of 18 in the United States, and about 60% of them have never been married. Recent statistics show that divorce rates in the country have dropped since the early 1980s; however, marriage rates also are falling, as Americans tend to choose to cohabitate or stay single rather than get married. "To be or not to be?" It seems the ageless question continues to be relevant. And as this "open-forum-style" series shows, featuring talk-show host Esther Mills, there are also many other important topics to be discussed about the ups and downs, the good and bad of "being single." Produced by Esther Mills. Series: 4 programs (30 to 50 minutes).
