Interviews with military resistance leaders, refugees, forced laborers, and human rights activists, including Nai Min Htut, a leader for the Mon National Army; Sally Thompson of the Burma Border Consortium; forced laborers Hte Aung, Nai Maung Sein, and Mai Ai Pon; refugee Tin Myint; Gen. Saw Bomya, President of the Karen National Union; and Dr. Myint Chu of the Burma Students' Federation tell of the horrors suffered by the Burmese people under this government. Kenneth Roth, Executive Director of Human Rights Watch, explains the challenges of human rights' activists, and we see clips from undercover footage showing Burmese slaves at work.
