Versace

Versace

Versace, a leading international fashion house, is the surname of its founder, Gianni Versace (1946 - 1997), an Italian fashion designer who was murdered at age 50 by a spree killer Andrew Cunanan. Despite Gianni's death the company today, thanks to the efforts of his brother, Santo, his sister, Donatella, and her daughter, Allegra, remains world famous and frequently uses celebrities as well as world-class models to advertise its lines, which include luxury clothing, accessories, fragrances, makeup and home furnishings. This classic program is a lasting tribute to the celebrated designer; it follows Versace at work, in collaboration with his family, and also travels with him on the wild side of fashion. 02/09DE JSCA 30 min.
