This unique how-to fitness program was created by top personal trainer Anne-Marie Millard, author of Kick Your Way to Fitness, and stars actress Tiffany Chapman, whose workout combines western boxing and martial arts that not only help you burn fat, but also offers all over-body toning. The program consists of four sections: INTRODUCTION - Here we spend 15 minutes with Tiffany learning how to kick, punch, and stretch correctly. This section may be referred to again and again. WARM-UP AND AEROBICS - This 20-minute section presents kicking and punching sequences, combining high-paced moves with high-level aerobic action, which offers the ultimate in calorie burning and muscle toning. WARM-DOWN - Slowing down the pace Tiffany works us through a toning section for 20 minutes. Starting with a slow, steady, standing workout, we move onto the floor to get serious with an intense abdominal workout. STRETCH-OUT - It is very important to cool down and relax after any work out and this final section lasts 5 minutes, showing us how to flex and stretch every muscle.
