MacEaloinata, Cethelen (Master Herbalist)

Host Ron Cohen welcomes Cethelen MacEaloinata, a Master Herbalist who operates a Traditional and Medical Herbalism practice in the Princeton, New Jersey and Newtown, Pennsylvania areas. With more than 1600 hours of postgraduate study under the Connachta Healers' Guild of Ireland, he not only has a thorough knowledge of physiology, energetics, botany, and herbal pharmacology, but also brings a traditional Irish warmth, wit, and wisdom to his practice. As Cethelen explains, he assists clients in losing weight by eating sensibly. He categorizes food by how it interacts in one's body type and classifies body types according to the four elements: earth, air, fire and water.
